Who is responsible for your information?

Sebastian Sampson, operating as Divine Mother Studios, is responsible for the personal information collected for this resource and related communications. Contact sebastian@divinemotherstudios.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information collected

• Your email address when you request the roadmap, together with signup, confirmation, subscription, and any consent or preference records maintained by Kit.
• Technical information processed by our hosting and email providers, such as IP address, browser or device information, request times, and delivery records.
• The contents of messages you send us and any information needed to respond.

How information is used

We use your email address to send the confirmation message and provide the resource you requested. If you separately agree to marketing emails, we use your address and preferences to send new video announcements and metal production tips from Divine Mother Studios. Requesting a PDF alone is not permission for unrelated marketing.

We also use information to respond to enquiries, manage subscription choices and privacy requests, and maintain the security and reliability of this website and email service.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on consent for requested email delivery and marketing subscriptions, and on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and maintaining secure, reliable services, subject to your rights. Legal obligations may require certain records to be retained. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Services that process information

• Kit: manages the embedded signup form, subscriber records, confirmation emails, and PDF delivery. See Kit's privacy policy and data processing addendum.
• OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare: serve these website pages and process technical requests. See OpenAI's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Workspace: handles messages sent to our business email address. See Google Workspace's data processing terms.

These services may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable, providers' data processing terms describe the safeguards used for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

Cookies and email measurement

This website embeds Kit's form script, which contacts Kit when the page loads. Our page source does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or a separate analytics script. Hosting and embedded services can still process technical information.

Kit can record email delivery, opens, and link clicks depending on email settings. Contact us if you have questions about email measurement. This notice does not itself provide consent to optional tracking.

How long information is kept

Subscriber information is kept while needed to provide requested resources or maintain an active, consented subscription. Enquiry records are kept while needed to answer and resolve the enquiry. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised, subject to provider backup processes and applicable legal requirements. Minimal consent and suppression records may be retained where needed to demonstrate consent or honour an unsubscribe request.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contact us directly. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete your information.

Where applicable law provides these rights, you may request restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. You may complain to your local data protection authority. Some rights have legal exceptions; we will explain any that apply to a request.
